Located on the 3rd and top floor of a small building typical of Pantin, this bright studio offers an unobstructed view and includes:

The apartment has excellent access to public transport, with metro line 7 just around the corner, RER E just a 10-minute walk away, as well as Vélib stations and several bus lines at the foot of the building. The metro will take you directly to the Gare de l'Est, the Grands Boulevards, the Louvre, Châtelet les Halles and the Latin Quarter.
All shops, bakeries, snack bars and restaurants are nearby.
The neighborhood offers a wide range of entertainment options:
- You can go out and enjoy La Cité fertile, a 10-minute walk away, which offers concerts, festivals, parties, workshops and bars.
