You are most welcome to come and stay with me at my home which is a 1930s refurbished 4 bedroom house which accommodates myself Monica and my cat Benjy.
Our house is less than 5 minutes walk from Lee railway station which is in Zone 3. It has great connections to Lewisham via train or bus, and Lewisham also has the DLR (Docklands Light Railway). You can be in central London in 15-20 minutes by train. Off street parking available. (Please note the house is in the ULEZ zone so ensure your car is compliant or you will have to pay a daily charge)
There are local shops at the end of the road and a lovely cafe that I can highly recommend. We are only a mile away from beautiful Blackheath Village which has an assortment of cafes, restaurants and pubs, and it is a similar distance to Lewisham. Other local attractions include historical Greenwich with the Cutty Sark, Royal Naval College and Greenwich Park.
The house itself has a large through lounge which leads to a conservatory, which I use as a mini dance studio. There is also a kitchen which has a washing machine / dryer and dishwasher. There is also fast speed wifi available in the house. Outside there is a large back garden, where in the summer I have a vegetable patch where I attempt to grow lettuce, carrots, tomatoes and potatoes. I also grow blackberries and raspberries in the garden too.
Guest bedroom 1 has a double bed, side table, desk and fitted wardrobes with full length mirror. You will also have access to a separate bathroom opposite the room that has a shower, toilet (Japanese toilet with heated seat and other functions) hand basin, and mirrored storage cabinet.
Guest bedroom 2 has a double bed, desk, TV and fitted mirrored wardrobes, and shared bathroom either on the same floor or use of the bathroom with shower by Guest bedroom1.
The house is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, which is safe and has good transport links. My background is in hospitality, so you will be assured of a warm welcome. I would be happy to assist you to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
This is a large double room with great views of the back garden. It has a desk, TV and fitted mirrored wardrobes. Use of bathroom next door or main guest bathroom with shower downstairs.
