Summary: An all-round great hotel! The hotel is in a quiet courtyard off the main road. The area of Clichy felt. It's a quick 5-minute walk to the Mairie de Clichy Metro, which is approx a 30-40 minutes away from the Eiffel Tower area on the metro. The surrounding area is excellent, featuring plenty of reasonably priced shops, cafes, and the highly recommended Clem & Gwen bakery for pastries. Reception was easy, though note the €150 room deposit. We received a room upgrade with a terrace, champagne, and chocolate for my birthday weekend. Room 111 was spacious with a clean, comfortable bed and a brilliant bathroom. Rooms were pretty sound proof, you could only hear the lifts from time to time. The only notable improvement would be installing more lighting, as the room felt dim during the day. Gym/sauna access requires one-hour prior booking. Borrowing umbrellas was a convenient option. Communication via Instagram was brilliant and highly attentive. Would highly recommend and will be returning if I visit Paris again.
