The garden is delightful, with plenty of space for the kids to play, and a great spot on the patio for the grown ups to enjoy a glass of wine. You'll also be so close to the leafy trails and cosy coffee shops of Wandsworth Common, that a refreshing stroll or two will easily become part of your routine. And if the weather's rubbish? Not a problem — there's a spacious games room and a well-equipped gym at your service.

No smoking, pets or parties! The TV in the living room retract into a cupboard (genius). You'll find a washing machine and dryer in a separate laundry room. The games room includes a ping pong table.
