Summary: Used this place as a point of rest after sightseeing each day. Underground and bus lines all within a 10 minute walk or less! Small grocery and a few restaurants within a short walking distance. Nice apartment! Pros: Loved having the keyboard piano for use. Loved all the window space and abundant leisure space. Thankful for the bag of ice in the freezer. Beds were comfortable. Nice large TV in living room. Towel warmer was a nice touch. Cons: Living room furniture is not very comfortable for watching a movie-futon sofas have some broken armrests that could be fixed. The area rug could use a good shampoo. We couldn’t get the stove to work, but that may have been our inexperience with European appliances. A few bulbs need to be replaced in overhead lights. Dish soap, paper towels or kitchen rags would be a nice touch. We didn’t know how to control the temperature other than to open a window to cool things down. The heat was nice but a bit too warm for sleeping. Maybe the opening of windows is how the temperature is addressed? Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this place. Yet the owners should give instructions on the stove or fix it if there is a problem. It would be nice if the owners would explain how to regulate the heat as well. Thank you for an overall lovely stay in London.
