Beautiful and stylish family home in North London. 3 double bedrooms; 2.5 bathrooms. Very fine kitchen diner with wood floors Big elegant reception surrounded by owners collection of books and pictures. One minute walk from the Arsenal tube on Piccadilly line, 3 stops from Kings Cross and the centre of town. This is London as it is imagined. Outside there is a very pretty and well maintained garden, with bid french windows opening onto it from the main sitting room. The owners (a Judge and his wife and family) live in Norfolk during the summer, so it is available for holiday letting. This is the home of the same family for 30 years and has an eclectic and interesting collection of books, artefacts and pictures, old furniture and decorations. One of bathrooms has the old style, steel (bath stays hot for three times as long) free standing tub. There is a big kitchen /diner, very prettily decorated. The main salon leads with bog french doors onto the garden area, which is very well maintained. The bedrooms: one master bedroom with ensuite bathroom; two double bedrooms each with two beds.
