It is also a fun house with a sunken bath, a raised platform bed, lovely furniture and exciting artworks.
+ The grand upper sitting room leads onto a patio area with a table and chairs which is ideal for relaxing and having a sundowner in the warmer seasons.
+ NOTE: Some of the drawers and cupboards in the house are not available and reserved for the owners.

+ The home is set up for all your needs including a relaxing and comfortable living area, luxurious bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan dining area.
+ The utility room includes a washing machine and dryer for laundry
+ The house is centrally heated throughout, being warm in winter and with air conditioning in the living area, cool in summer.
+All linen is provided as well as towels, shampoo, soaps and shower gel.
+ WI-FI is throughout the house. The TV includes a variety of entertainments, sports and movie channels
+ A hospitality pack is provided upon arrival including, bread, milk, eggs, butter, biscuits and chocolates. Also coffee, tea, hot chocolate, sugar, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper are standard in the kitchen for each new arrival.
+ The house is family friendly and great for children of all ages
+ We will consider: Corporate bookings, Long term lets (over 1 month), Short breaks (+4 days)
+ There is a strictly NO SMOKING rule in the house.
+ The house is ideal for cosy entertaining however NO PARTIES are allowed and the house is limited to maximum to the addition of 6 non residential guests.
+ The large department stores of Harrods and Peter Jones are close by with the fashionable boutiques and restaurants of Kings Road and Sloane Street tempting you in.
+ If you are looking for furniture and interiors the famous designer Sir Terrance Conran has The Conran Shop with its large display of unique and eclectic items close by in Sloane Avenue.
+Pavillion Road with its collection of speciality food shops, restaurants and bars is just 3 minutes away
+ In Sloane Square there is a favourite cafe restaurant bar “Colbert” as well as the “Botanist”
+ There are also plenty of traditional English Pubs in the area. The Enterprise in Walton Street, The Admiral Codrington in Mossop Street and The Antelope in Eaton Terrace. All great for a couple of cool relaxing drinks and a great food.
+The River Thames is a 10 minute walk away as well in the other direction are the famous London museums of South Kensington. Also the Saatchi Gallery in Kings Road is a must see.
