The house has plenty of toys for children, and comes with a gorgeous, very friendly and almost entirely self-sufficient cat!
The space
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a double reception room and a modern open plan kitchen looking onto a large garden. The house also comes with a gorgeous, very friendly and almost entirely self-sufficient grey cat (see more info below).
There are 3 x bedrooms (2 x king size beds and 1 x bunk bed with adult size mattresses), an ensuite bathroom on the top floor, a family bathroom on the 1st floor and a ground floor WC. The bedroom with the bunk bed has plenty of toys for children to play with, and there are also some in the double reception room.
The kitchen has everything you would need to feed a family, with seating for up to 8 people in the kitchen. It has bifold doors on to the large garden, where you will find a BBQ, garden seating, a slide and trampoline.
Cat:
Our gorgeous and friendly family cat has grown up with young children and loves to go out and explore. The automatic feeder will allow him to eat as he needs, you won’t need to worry, and he will have enough water for your stay. In summary, apart from letting him out into the garden whenever you wish, there is little to no care with him. Cuddles and plenty of stroking are always appreciated by him! :-)
Guest access
This is our family home, but the space will be cleared of our personal items. We’ll make sure you have plenty of space in wardrobes and that all areas are clean and tidy.
You will have access to the whole house and garden, except the study which will be closed off to guests, and some cupboards will be taped close as they will hold our personal items.
