The Space:
Bright, light open dining room with an expansive garden patio area, perfect for outdoor summer dining overlooking the garden and lawn.
The ground floor of the home hosts a wonderful open plan kitchen which is suitably connected to the dining area. The two living rooms offer different options for both a relaxed and more formal setting. The grand master bedroom with its sweeping views and large gorgeous bathroom offers a tranquil space both at the beginning and the end of the day. The remaining 4 bedrooms spread across the first and second floors are all individually set up to accommodate friends and family of all ages.
Guest Access:
Private gated home with the space for 4 or 5 cars parked in front of the house. There is a private pool at the bottom of the garden, and a soft/half size tennis court.
The Neighborhood:
The vast surrounding fields of Wimbledon Common draw walkers and cyclists alike and nearby playgrounds within 5 minute walk offers something for the children.
Food and Drink:
DropShot Coffee is nearby for your morning caffeine needs, and The Pig and Whistle is a nearby pub that locals love. There are also plenty of boutiques to explore along the way.
Outdoor Areas:
Wimbledon Park is a large outdoor space with tennis courts and a large lake. There are plenty of playgrounds around, and a croquet club nearby. Plenty of green spaces for the whole family to enjoy!
Getting Around:
Wimbledon Park Station- Underground on the District line. The station is a 5 minute walk from the house.

Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants.
Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place.
Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours.
We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
Please note that if your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean at an additional cost of £15 per hour, minimum two hours (to be charged after the booking is confirmed).
A linen change can also be arranged at an extra cost.

Please note the property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds.
This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
Please note that check-in is between 3pm and 8pm.
A self-check-in outside of these times can be agreed on occasion, but please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours.
A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
The lead guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.
