The hob is gas and you simply press down the dial and turn for the ring that you want to start. Pressing the dial starts the gas and then turning it clicks the ignition on.
The kettle has a temperature select feature so you simply press whatever temperature you require for your drink.
There are separate bins outside the front of the house on the left. Food goes in the small green bin, or down the waste disposable which is operated with a button to the left of the sink. Blue is recycling, green is waste.

The neighbourhood is very quiet and green. There are lots of quiet streets to wander around, and the busy centre is only 10 mins away on foot or 2 mins in the car.
Loads of local amenities at Ealing Broadway - supermarkets, banks, chemists etc... There are more near the Ealing Common Station as well.
## Transit
Tube. We're about 10 mins from Ealing Broadway (Central and District Line) and also Ealing Common (Piccadilly and District Lines) underground stations. For taxis Uber and other ride hailing apps have lots of cars in the area. (Bolt and Kapten both good Uber alternatives and can be cheaper).
The apartment is approximately 10 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway and Ealing Common. Pay and display parking is available outside on the green.
