Welcome to my home!
Just 5-minutes away by foot from St. James Station (Overground line). The apartment is distinct with usage of primary colors and sleek lines, and is comprised of two bedrooms, main-living area, kitchen and two bathrooms.
The main living area is equipped with a large, L-shape couch that can be into a double bed, a smart TV (with connection to your favourite streaming service) and a private balcony with two chairs for you to enjoy and relax, especially during the British summertime.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, electric kettle, microwave and a coffee machine (with complimentary coffee pods!)
There's one queen-sized bed and one double bed in the apartment, both line in hotel quality sheets and linens. The larger bedroom comes with a flat-screen TV.
The bathrooms come with a tub/shower and/or just shower. Fresh towels and toiletries are also provided at your convience.
Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Guests will have access to the entire home! If you're checking in on a weekday, you can collect the keys from our concierge. If not, you will need to collect the from a store about a 15 minute walk away.
I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on the phone concierge service that can provide you assistance any time of the day.

There's an Overground line at St James Street (just five minutes away from the apartment), which leads directly to Walthamstow Central, where you can catch Victoria Line.

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
