Beautiful two-bedroom Victorian flat, close to Brixton with private garden and on-street parking (5 min walk) located just 3 minutes away from Tulse Hill train station with direct trains to the city of London including London Bridge and Kings Cross in under 20 minutes.
The flat comes with two large double bedrooms plus a sofa-bed in the living room, fast wifi, and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washer/dryer.
We have two great pubs on our doorstep including a gastro pub, the Tulse Hill Hotel, and a live music venue, The Railway. The stunning Brockwell Park and lido is a five-minute walk away and private secluded garden with a table and chairs and a built-in BBQ.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time of 6 P.M. instead of 3 P.M.
The property will only accept the number of adults booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted.
Each guest will be asked to present a form of identification once the reservation has been created and upon check-in.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked-in.
Check-out at any other time apart from the designated arrangement of 10AM on the morning of the last day without prior mutual consent, you will be liable for a call-out charge of £55. This fee will account for the extra costs towards the housekeeper for working overtime, sending a worker to travel to a different location to obtain another set of keys, payment for producing a separate key and cancellation/rescheduling the cleaning services.
