The Space:
The comfortable furniture and interior design give this space a home - like feeling. The living room features a big sofa, armchair and an internet television with Netflix. The perfect place to relax in the evening. The kitchen is a bright space and well equipped with a large range of kitchen appliances, including a Vitamix and Juicer. It also comes with all basic condiments, making it easy for you to cook your own meal.
Otherwise pubs and restaurants are within walking distance - so are multiple cinemas and for those who love theatre, the Lyric Theatre on King Street is not far.
No children or pets allowed in this flat, sorry!

The apartment is located between Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith, two busy and well connected areas of London. Cute brunch spots, pubs and restaurants are only a short walk away. There is a fantastic Farmers Market in the Addison School playground on Saturdays. Cinemas and theatres close by and other local amenities including the Westfield Shopping Centre will never tire you of things to do.

Getting Around:
The flat is located an 8 minute walk from Shepherd's Bush underground station (Central line and overground), a 12 minute walk from Hammersmith (Piccadilly, District and Hammersmith&City line) and bus stops, including Holland Road (number 49 and C1 to Hyde Park and Chelsea). Very easy to get around!

Please note that all our cleaners are in Personal Protective Equipment and they use the appropriate cleaning materials and disinfectants.
Please note that we provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and loo roll for the beginning of your stay and not for the entire duration.
Please keep in mind that each home is unique – as you are staying at someone else’s home and not a hotel, the space and amenities will be different at each place.
Please treat the home with the respect that you would treat your own, we dedicate a lot of time and care to it, so please respect the rules, the space and the neighbours.
We would really appreciate if you tell us about any damage or breakages so that we can deal with these issues as soon as they arise.
The property will be prepared by our professional cleaners, using hired hotel-quality linen to prepare the beds.
This also includes clean towels, bath mat and a kitchen cloth.
For bookings longer than 10 days we charge a mid-stay clean.
This is the same cost of the standard cleaning fee and it includes linen and towel change.
If you require more cleans please let us know as this can also be arranged.
Please check prior to booking if you will be checking in outside check in hours as a charge may apply.
A late check-out is sometimes possible for a fee of 50% of the nightly rate.
