Summary: The property is exceptionally clean and the staff are friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and walkable to all popular destinations - 20 minutes walk to Chamos-Elyse, louvre, palais garnier and many multicultural restaurants within a walking distance. I will definitely stay there if I go another time to Paris. Only draw back that the hotel is not accessible there is no elevator.
