Downstairs consists of a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area The kitchen has a gas cooker ,fridge/ freezer,dishwasher,microwave,coffee machine,kettle and toaster along with crockery and all cooking utilities.( A payable washing machine is available communally) The living space offers two sofas and two armchairs with satellite tv (french and English)and a dvd player for those downtime moments. The dining area has a large oak table with7 chairs.There are also two shower and toilet rooms. Free wifi throughout the house/groundsUpstairs there are 4 bedrooms- two double,one twin and one single.All have built in wardrobes and have fans for those warmer evenings.Outside the property has its own beautiful private terrace with patio dining furniture,parasol,outside lights and an individual charcoal bbq.Our site offers many different types of holidays.For the family it offers a safe space for children to play to meet other children and to enjoy with the additional facilities of table tennis,Boules court, badminton,volleyball,football and basket ball nets,trampoline and two swing areas as well as our pools one heated (9m x 5m) and a larger pool (11m x 7m) unheated both fenced alarmed and set aside from the houses For couples wanting a calm environment then profit from the gardens and views taking woodland walks with all its natureFor those wanting to profit from the history this is the region of the Hundred years war with castles and Bastide towns galour. Caves are plentiful and offer a respite from the heatAlternatively for the more active we have several local golf courses, canoeing, the dordogne river is a 5 minute drive away, horse riding, tennis, parascending, hot air balloon rides and aquaparks. Failing all that then just enjoy the gastronomy of the area with fine Perigordine cuisine with a superb restaurant /bar a 5 min walk away and access to the local wine areas of Cahors Bordeaux Gaillac and Montbazillac
