5 Bedroom House in Peckham Rye, East Dulwich

A spacious family home in East Dulwich- to accommodate up to 8 guests. With the fabulous Lordship Lane nearby for great eateries and within walking distance of Dulwich Village.
On the left of the entrance hall, is the stylish living area.
LIVING ROOM
A light and airy room, with high ceilings and cool interiors. The space includes a patterned rug, a mid-century armchair, a sofa in grey and a bright yellow Anglepoise-lamp. There is also a fireplace, television, with artwork on the surrounding walls.
On the other side of the room is a sofa in white, a bookcase and doors out to the garden.
WC
The WC and basin are situated just off the hallway, for convenience.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
The kitchen has been recently refurbished and guests can expect an upgraded kitchen to that in the photos.
At the back of the house is the kitchen and dining space, with bifolding doors which lead into the garden. There is a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay, with chic Parquet flooring lining the floor. At the far end by the bifolding doors, is the dining area, complete with a dining table and surrounding seating.
GARDEN
The garden includes a paved area, complete with outdoor table and chairs, as well as a lawn beyond this.
BATHROOM
On the first floor is the main bathroom. A vision of white, this room is stylish, with a basin, circular mirror, a WC and walk-in shower, with green patterned tiles and a Crittal door. There is also a bath with shower attachment, for a relaxing soak in the bath.
FIRST BEDROOM
This bedroom now includes a full sized single bed not yet photographed. This room is decorated in pink, with toys and fun art on the walls.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom is bright- with a yellow décor and now has bunk beds (not yet photographed) which can accommodate 2 guests. The room also includes colourful artwork, a chest-of-drawers, a decorative fireplace and cupboards for storage.
MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is spacious, with a Super-King size bed and navy colour scheme- creating a dramatic backdrop. This room also includes a wardrobe, along one wall; a chest-of-drawers and an armchair by the window.
FOURTH BEDROOM- STUDY
On the top floor of the home, is the fourth bedroom/study. This is decorated in a warming green and includes a single day bed. There is also a desk space from which to work and study available for guest use. A chest-of-drawers and nice artwork completes the space.
BATHROOM
The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC and basin, all with sophisticated tiling.
FIFTH BEDROOM
The fifth bedroom includes a King-size bed with bedside tables either side. There is also a dressing table and chair here, as well as a chest-of-drawers. This room enjoys a large picture window, with views to the garden.
