A beautiful home in North London is perfect for up to 10 guests- with Islington, the Regent's Canal and Shoreditch on the doorstep. Just a 25 minute journey from Liverpool Street and the City. King's Cross St Pancras is also a 25 minute journey- for connections to the Eurostar.
The surrounding roads and area are closed for cars except for access purposes, making this property exceptionally quiet, with little to no traffic noise.
At the front of the property, there is a parking space for 1 small car. There is a flight of steps up to the main entrance.
The entrance hall has a deluxe and stylish feel- with artwork, elegant furnishings and an Italian 1970's designer sideboard. There is a minstrel gallery at the end of the hallway, boasting double height ceilings looking down to the living room.
STUDY
The study is to the left of the entrance and is adorned in eye-catching wallpaper, with illustrations of birds. There is a central fireplace, a sofa velvet sofa and a desk with chair, by the window. The sofa can convert into a double sofa bed, to sleep 2 guests if needed.
MASTER BEDROOM
Also on this floor, is the master bedroom suite. This includes a luxurious Super-king size bed, with mirrored bedside tables either side. The room also comprises a mirrored dressing table and stool, a television, as well as a wardrobe. French doors lead out to the terrace.
MASTER EN SUITE
The master en suite is tiled in dramatic black tiling- and includes a bath, shower attachment, a basin and WC.
TERRACE
The terrace offers plenty of outdoor seating- armchairs, a table and a sofa, as well as surrounding plants and decking. There are views to the City and even the Shard in the distance. There is also a gate and a flight of steps down to the garden below.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
On the lower ground floor, is the spacious kitchen and dining area. Contemporary in style, the kitchen offers a large central island, with surrounding bar stools. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you will need during your stay.
The dining area offers views out to the garden and a wooden dining table with surrounding Eames DWR chairs.
UTILITY ROOM
The utility room is adjacent to the dining area and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer basin and storage space.
LIVING ROOM
With stylish furnishing, the living room has doors out to the garden, as well as lots of natural light. The room comprises a large corner sofa in dark grey, a coffee table, a television and shelves on the right-hand wall. Plants and artwork decorate the space.
GARDEN
The garden includes a terrace, with outdoor seating, as well as a lawn area beyond. The lawn is surrounded by pretty plants and flowers.
SNUG
There is also a 'snug' area to the left of the kitchen, perfect for relaxing pre or post-dinner. This can be separated from the kitchen by the sliding doors. The sofa here can convert into a double sofa bed, to sleep 2 guests if needed.
EN SUITE
There is a WC and basin, which provides a small en suite to the snug.
BATHROOM
Upstairs, on the first floor are the bedrooms and bathroom. This bathroom includes a bath, with mosaic tile surround. There is a bath, separate shower, WC and basin.
SECOND BEDROOM
This bedroom offers a bunk bed- with two single beds one above the other. The room also includes a desk with chair, and leads out onto a second terrace.
THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom includes a single bed, with a trundle bed underneath which can be raised to the same level as the other bed. The room is ideal for children- with toys, books and a desk with chair. Above the bed, is a princess canopy in pink!
