The Space:

Also sharing this space is the kitchen diner. Modern in style, the white kitchen is both stylish and practical. Fully equipped, you’ll have everything you could need to prepare meals easily including an oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster.
The dining area includes a rectangular wooden table with four matching chairs, ensuring that all guests are catered for when staying at Holly Cottage.
Upstairs on the first floor, you’ll find two bedrooms and the family bathroom.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with premium bed linens and plush bedding. The tranquil room has a flat screen TV and a large wardrobe so you can make yourself right at home.
Equally as welcoming, the second bedroom is a double complete with a chest of drawers, bedside tables, and lamps.
Bright and clean, the family bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower, WC and wash basin.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea is just three miles from the property. Here you’ll find a long stretching beach and a charming town centre with local pubs, restaurants and cafes. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Getting Around:
Holly Cottage is within 35 minutes’ drive time of Saltburn, Staithes, Sandsend, Whitby and Middlesbrough. It is also within walking distance of the Cleveland Way National Trail so you can explore lots of the coastline on foot easily.
You’ll find a couple of bus routes running through Brotton and the closest train station is Saltburn which is a short 10-minute drive by car. There are train routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough, Darlington, York, Leeds and Manchester with connecting trains to Newcastle and London.
