Situated on the 3rd floor with an elevator, this spacious duplex is tastefully decorated, offering a lovely 102m2 space close to various top attractions and just a stone's throw from Paris. Enjoy a quiet accommodation with no vis-à-vis and abundant natural light, particularly in the large living room.
Designed with an open floor plan, the living room features a comfortable seating area, a 52-inch wide-screen smart TV for your favourite shows via multiple streaming options, and a dining table for six. A private terrace of 24m² with seating areas provides space to lounge and enjoy stunning views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes essential cookware, cutlery, and equipment such as a stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. The apartment also has a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
Each bedroom offers cozy sleeping arrangements, with one featuring a queen bed (160x200) and the two others having a double bed (140x200) each. All are adorned with complimentary hotel-quality linens. If you plan to use the baby crib, please let us know in advance so we can provide linens for it. Ample storage spaces are available for your personal belongings.
There are two toilets; one at the entrance and the other in the shower room. The bathrooms provide all necessary amenities, including towels and complimentary toiletries.
You will have access to Wi-Fi during your stay.
The apartment has individual electric heating for your comfort, and smoke detectors are installed for your safety.
Please note: We do not use herbicides, and the terrace is not dirty but is maintained mechanically.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
