On the first level, you'll find a comfortable living room equipped with a comfy sofa and a television, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The dining area features a table that seats up to six, ideal for sharing meals.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils needed for home cooking: oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and more.

Upstairs, the first bedroom is furnished with a double sofa bed (140x200), while the second bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and opens onto a second terrace. The beds are made with hotel-quality linens for optimal comfort.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, equipped with a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is separate.

The apartment has reversible air conditioning in each room.

A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each guest.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Please note that the apartment is located on the first floor, with no elevator, and is therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
