Positive: It’s quite spacious and well located outside london if you wish to be away from the city noise. Close to several shops on a high street and good linkages to london through several buses.

Negative: The stairs were a bit unsafe especially that we had a 2 year old baby. But what could have been better is the support staff who hardly respond to any complaints and when they do hardly resolve them. Plus

Summary: Wonderful house, clean and spacious with a lot of facilities for a family.
