1- It is strictly forbidden to celebrate parties, play music, speak loudly or carry out any activity that may interrupt the rest of the other neighbors.
2- Do not use the pool from 22:00 pm to 9:00 am, in order to not disturb the neighbours rest at night.
3- No reservations will be accepted for groups of young people, stag or hen parties.
Detailed description:
The apartment is distributed on three levels. With 100sqm inside + 45sqm of outdoor space.
Main floor: living room with a sofa, coffee table and smart TV. Dining table with six chairs. The large kitchen is full equipped with all main utensils and appliances, including: oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
First floor: there are three double bedrooms (150 x 200cm) on the first floor and a full bathroom with a shower.
Terrace & pool: metal stairs lead up to the terrace and private pool, which is available all year-round (Not heated). Pool measures: length 3.75m, width 3m, maximum depth 1,40m. The terrace has been decorated and equipped with canopy, table and chairs. There is a separate toilet available.
