A superior, elegant and supremely comfortable 3 bedroom apartment (130m²) located on the first floor of a classic 19th century Haussmann building in the heart of the Left Bank. The apartment has been lovingly restored to all its original glory whilst also having all the benefits of modern day living.
The entrance door opens into a hall that links all the living rooms. The living-room has a beautiful original marble fireplace, sofa, TV & Bluray DVD player, along with two comfortable armchairs and a desktop computer with wifi.
The dining room has an extendable table that sits up to 10 people comfortably and also has an original marble fireplace.
Both the living room and dining room have large windows that open out onto the quiet street below. This is a residential area so there is no problem with noise when the windows are open.
The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, night tables. It has a private bathroom with sink, shower and toilet with towel-drying rack.
The second and the third bedrooms are also furnished with the king-size beds that can be separated into twin beds. There are full-sized built in wardrobes, night tables and sympathetic lighting.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a four gas burner hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and separate washer and dryer.
