Positive: The location can't be better for ski - just across the river is the cabin lift that takes you to Buffaure ski are which is connected to Sellaronda. The apartment was brand new, well equipped kitchen, 2 comfortable bathrooms and plenty of space. It was very warm and cozy - we were super happy. Only few minutes walk to Pozza di Fassa city centre, there were stores and restaurants some 100 metters from the apartment.

Summary: Perfect location for ski - warm and brand new apartment just 20m from the ski lift.
