Positive: All as expected.

Negative: The extra pillow policy isn't what I'd expect from a hotel: I asked for an extra pillow and was told that reception couldn't give them out, but that one would be left in my room the next day. It was not, and it was once again too late to go and ask for one: two nights without the pillow I wanted.
