Positive: The location

Negative: Taking too long to fix the clogged drain. Basic maintenance items should be fixed quicker. I also did not like not being able to talk to anybody about problems and felt that only by losing patience that anything was done.

Summary: Great location to walk to a lot of central London activities and sites.
