KITCHEN & DINING AREA
A few steps to the bright, open-plan kitchen and dining area, which can also be accessed from the entrance hall, and opens onto the garden beyond. The room comprises beautiful high ceilings and a skylight, wall-to-wall glass sliding door for views out to the garden, as well as a contemporary kitchen island. The space includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, styled with modernist lighting above the breakfast bar, and a separate dining table with 6 chairs by the bifolding doors.
GARDEN
The kitchen leads out to the garden, which offers a paved area with garden furniture, a border of pretty shrubs, and a manicured lawn beyond. At the bottom of the garden is another patio area with a table and 6 chairs - the perfect spot for some al fresco dining in summer.

On the ground floor, there is a WC and basin for convenience, decorated with pretty, floral wallpaper.
BATHROOM
Also on the first floor, the minimalist bathroom includes a beautiful freestanding bath, brushed concrete walls, a walk-in shower, geometric patterned floor tiles, as well as a rectangular basin and WC.

This spacious bedroom is situated on the top floor and includes a double bed, gold bedside tables either side and is decorated with potted plants and artwork. By the window, there is a corner desk and chair, as well as an ochre yellow armchair.
