Summary: It’s a great place, but the lack of basic things that they advertise having and lack of communication was very disheartening for the price we paid. The air conditioning didn’t work the entire trip and u chose this place for air conditioning and there has been no communication to my complaints. No shampoo in either bathroom for four of the five days, no toilet paper last two days of trip, and blow dryers didn’t work.
