2 Bedroom Apartment in Waldesruh
Newly built holiday apartment on the outskirts of Berlin, an ideal starting point for exploring the city centre with many cultural amenities, as well as the area around Berlin
This holiday apartment is on the Waldesruh estate, nestled amidst high conifers. Waldesruh is part of Hoppegarten and is right on the eastern edge of Berlin.
The apartment is in the attic, can accommodate up to five people and provides around 85m² of living space. It is characterised by the ample daylight that streams in through the windows. Light walls and wooden floors enhance the sense of well-being. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second with a French bed (160 x 200cm). A single bed (90 x 200cm) can be set up in either of the bedrooms. The open kitchen space, fully-equipped with all important electrical appliances, is integrated elegantly into the living room. The latter includes a dining space with a dining table and a sitting area with two sofas, an armchair and a TV. The spacious bathroom with a large shower rounds off the accommodation.
The Erpetal nature reserve is nearby, where you can go on walks or hikes. The Europa hiking trail is right on the doorstep. In the neighbourhood there are many riding farms, cycling and hiking trails (E11, R1), as well as places to swim. You can spend a holiday surrounded by greenery here, but with quick access to Berlin. The nearest bus stop is five minutes away.
Owing to the convenient location of the apartment, the sights are within easy access by car along the B1/B5 and the Berlin ring road. It is about 30 minutes to the centre of Berlin and 40 minutes by public transport to Alexanderplatz. Riding enthusiasts can visit the Hoppegarten racing track about 10 minutes away.
