Beautiful home located near Battersea Park in South London. Located right along the famous River Thames, the flat offers an amazing view from a private enclosed balcony. Featuring a modern kitchen, dining table, living area, TV, sofa bed, bedroom with walk in closet, bathroom and laundry room. You will also have access to a rooftop terrace, offering breathtaking views of London. With great transport links, hotel quality linen and toiletries, our home is perfect for your short or long stay. The Space: Located on the 5th floor and offering stunning views, we look forward to welcoming you to our home! Accessible via lift, the home features an enclosed balcony over looking the River Thames. On the 17th floor, you'll have access to a rooftop terrace! In the home, you will find a bedroom with walk-in closet and fresh hotel quality linen. A spacious living room with a sofa bed, flatscreen TV with programming, dining table and kitchen with modern appliances. A full bathroom with towels and toiletries, and separate laundry room are also in the home. The home is also equipped with floor heating and air conditioning, adding to the luxurious and modern space. Beautiful warm interiors make the home feel comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee is available. Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire flat. Interaction with Guests: We are available shall you need any assistance during your stay. The Neighborhood: The neighbourhood in surroundings are full of options to explore during your stay! On Saturday Mornings, you can visit a Farmers Market which is located on Battersea High Street and York Road. If you're up for a unique beer tour, you can head to Sambrooks Brewery (just across the road!) which also offers some delicious eats. Wimbledon is close by so you may catch some famous faces during the season. If you fancy a game of tennis, you can head to Battersea Park which has tennis courts. You can also rent Santander bicycles (just past the rail tracks near the flat). You can also head over to Clapham Junction, which has tons of great restaurants, pubs, shopping, and nightlife spots. Some of our favourite spots are: London House Restaurant (Lombard Road), Le QuecumBar (Jazz restaurant), The Woodman (Pizza with beer garden), and 606 Club (Jazz club across the River Thames). Northcote Road in Clapham Junction also has some great dining options. There is also the Thames Clippers. You can access via the dock at Plantation Wharf which is about a 10 minute walk from the flat along the river past the heliport. Also, just walking along the river is great and you can go quite a ways on either direction. Getting Around: You can catch the #170 bus which stops right infront of the building connecting you to central London and Clapham Junction station (Grant Road exit). Alternatively, Clapham Junction station is only a 12 minute walk away which has great transport links. Uber and taxis are readily available in London. Other Things to Note: Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 8AM. If you require further cleans / linen / toiletries during your stay for a fee, please enquire.
