The Space:

Modern and spacious 2 double bedroom flat in a secure gated development. Located on the highest floor (3rd) so street noise is minimised. There is an elevator.
· Big windows allowing the warmth of sunshine to light up the mood of the flat
· Spacious living room with a comfy sofa-bed and TV
· Bright and airy bedrooms with 1x King-sized bed, 1x Double bed, 1x Sofa bed. Plush pillows and crisp sheets allow you to have a good night's sleep.
· A spacious, open-plan kitchen to prepare your favourite meals during the stay.
· The kitchen is well-equipped with state of the art German appliances: fridge+freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher as well as cutlery, utensils, pots, and pans.
· A comfortable dining space, which can also function as a desk for WFH.
· The apartment will be professionally cleaned and set up to hotel standards before you arrive.
Guest Access:
You’ll have access to the entire home at all times. Check-in after 3pm, check-out before 10am.
Please be mindful of noise after 9pm and respect your friendly neighbours.
Small but lush and green public courtyard located out the rear building doors.
The Neighborhood:
Battersea is a beautiful area (next to Chelsea) with plenty of attractions, bars, restaurants and shops – not to mention lush Battersea Park.
It is one of London’s oldest areas, with its origins dating back to the 7th century. A charter in the 7th century mentioned “Badrices ege”, which is now modern-day Battersea.
Other Things to Note:
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay.
Please note that that additional linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited and will incur a £300 fee.
We charge £50 for each set of lost keys. There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
Parties, big gatherings and excessive noise are prohibited.
