There are three bedrooms, one bunk room which kids will love, and two double rooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family shower room with a shower cubicle. Adjacent to the property is a shared games run/utility area which offers a pool table, table tennis and darts as well as a washing machine and dryer. Outside, Yan has its own flagged veranda with outdoor seating. Stone outbuildings are provided for guests’ use and are ideal for storing bikes/mountain gear or kennels for pets. The lovely market town of Ulverston is within a 10-minute drive, its cobbled streets are lined with a great selection independent shops, pubs cafes and restaurants. The hometown of the Stan Laurel, half of the famous comedy duo Laurel and Hardy. The town celebrates his birth with The Laurel and Hardy Museum. ’Another fine fest’ is one of the many festivals and events available in the town throughout the year. The beautiful South Lakes area offers a wide selection of breath-taking walks and cycle routes through hills and around lakes, or for the less energetic amongst you there is something for everyone from Michelin starred restaurants, to steam trains, lake cruises, wildlife parks, stately homes, horse racing or even escape rooms. You are spoilt for choice and there’s something for everyone.
