Local shops and restaurants are just a short walk from the apartment, along with Elephant & Castle and The Imperial War Museum being just 15 minutes away! There are 2 double bedrooms - one of which features a private terrace - a large bathroom, and open plan living, kitchen and dining area. You will also have your very own private garden to enjoy which is perfect for families, or for sitting out in the warm evenings! You have the choice of two entrances into the apartment, entering onto either the upstairs floor or the basement. As you walk into the upstairs entrance, you will pass the master bedroom, followed by the rear bedroom that features a private terrace. Taking the stairs down to the basement floor, you will pass the newly renovated bathroom and lead into the kitchen, living and dining area. The second entrance into the apartment is at the end of the kitchen. This is our home and as such you will find many of our own personal items here - we ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would treat your own place! LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA The living area is in the middle of the basement floor, furnished with comfortable sofas and cushions for all guests to relax in. A flat screen TV sits on the wall for entertainment, where you can watch channels and also log in to your Netflix account if you have one. A vintage style radio sits on the wooden shelves, which you are welcome to use for any music lovers! Towards the end of the room there is a wooden dining table that seats up to 6 people, where you can dine together for meals whilst enjoying the view of the garden through the tall windows. Access to the garden is through the back door, where you will find a small table and chairs to sit on, and a gate that leads up the path to the large communal green/park for all the neighbors to share! The kitchen sits at the entrance to the basement and is equipped with all the appliances you could possibly need to prepare lovely meals and dishes! There is a selection of cooking utensils, glasses, dishes and dining-ware you are welcome to use. The kitchen also features an oven, microwave, toaster and kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A washing machine is available to wash and dry clothes at no extra cost! BEDROOMS The master bedroom is at the front of the property, with a beautiful large window that gives a great amount of light into the room and provides a lovely street view! Both rooms feature a double bed, free-standing fan that you are welcome to use, and a wardrobe to store belongings during your stay. In the second bedroom there is also access to a little terrace that overlooks the garden and large green just behind the property. All beds will be prepared with fresh, hotel style linen for your stay. BATHROOMS One large, newly renovated bathroom sits on the bottom floor and is for all guests to share. There is a bathtub with adjustable showerhead, and also a waterfall shower addition too! Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
