Enjoy all of Wembley and London when you stay at my beautiful modern 5 bed detatched house. Wembley stadium is a 15 min walk away for events and shopping in the deisgner outlet shopping centre. Central London is a short 20 min journey to the West End, 30 mins to the City.
There is 2 parking spaces provided on the driveway.
The house is located in a quiet conservation area, 10 mins walk from Preston rd station (metropolitan) and 19 mins walk from Wembley Park (Metropolitan & Jubilee).
The house has 4 upstairs bedrooms and one large bathroom with walk in shower. Downstairs is one double bedroom as well as. alarge kitchen, WC, dining and living area. The garden is private however there is shared access to the side gate for residents of this house and also the apartment unit attatched to the house. Apart from this gate there is no other shared amenities with the apartment. The resident there does nto have access to the house nor do you have access to the apartment.
The main entrance is equipped with a smart lock for easy access.
Please take care not to block access to the driveway as the we use the parking spot on the left for private use
