Very well located house of 300sq meters, just a few steps from the famous Croisette and the beaches. The property has been completely renovated in 2024 with highg quality materials. It includes 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, salon (TV), 3 independents toilets but 4 at the total, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwaves, dish washer, fridge, washing machine, dryer...). There is also a nice garden to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner or even just to chill.
The house was build for a Russian princess early 20th century, and still have the charming style.
The house is divided in 4 levels :
- Ground floor : one bedroom with a double bed, an independent toilet, 1 bathroom with shower.
- Level 0 : kitchen fully equipped, living room, dining room, independent toilet. There is also an independent bedroom (no aircon) with a single bed and it's shower and toilets.
