Positive: Everything was pretty much as advertised. There is no point in posting pictures confirming the ones posted by the owner because those totally reflect the reality found on site. If you don't mind the risk of going trough the same troubles we encountered, then by all means do choose this place, because it has everything one would need for a short stay and also there are enough restaurants and shops around. It is likely that there are means of transportation that could take you close to the center of the city, but we did not ride with them.

Negative: I chose this apartment especially for its parking place, but... when a parking place is mentioned, until now, I used to think about of one if not for a truck, but at least for a normal size/sedan car, not for a bike or a kart as this spot's dimensions were. Not only that the parking spot cannot contain a limousine, but it is built in such a way that it is very hard to get in if you don't drive a nomal car and not a scooter or a very-very small car like the locals do. Due to this fact one of our car's doors was badly damaged. Another "bad grade" is for this so-called city tax. OK, it was mentioned on booking.com €36 and even in this receipt that we got, but then how come we ended up paying €37,11 (see the attached photos)? Finally, it seems that (at least in July 2025) there are some working in progress on the gas pipes in the area, and thus, there is a lot of noise involved.
