Guests are aged between 18-40 as this is a youth traveling hostel, a valid government issued id is required at check-in (passport, driving license, european travel card). guests who do not have id are not permitted to stay, please note that some of the dormitory rooms have triple bunk beds, payment will be taken in full upon arrival. bookings are generally nonrefundable (except at the manager's discretion should the same booking be resold), the phenix hostel operates a 14-day maximum stay policy. after this, a period of 6 months must pass before the guest can book again, this property does not accept group bookings of more than 15 guests.
