Summary: Excellent as always. Pete is a great welcoming host, always on the end of the phone or on the premises ready to help. Cleaning staff asking if I needed anything (i stayed in a private double). I am a regular (for long extended stays) to this great value place, clean and warm, near to where i need to be and there are 5 convenience stores within 500yds, 1 being 10yds away - just next door, a sandwich and a drink if needed. 5 miles to Media city, Salford and 5 miles to Manchester city centre but staying in a quieter area. Being on the outskirts, food is cheap, deli 654 down the road for lunch is £3.50 soup and bread, swinton buffet for £8-12/14 is a bargain meal out. There are many food shops/restaurants, pubs, other shops - barbers, laundry, big asda supermarket, a tesco express on the petrol cpurt (cash machine).
