Positive: Very nice main bed Huge room Private kitchen and bathroom. Lovely shared areas

Negative: No staff contactable before my stay . Pin changed for doors at 9.55am. (should be 10am) Bathroom was very cold as It didn't' have a radiator/ heated towel rail. Sofa bed was dirty. Milk for tea was apparently in a shared kitchen, I presume on upper level as I couldn't see one on ground level. That's not hygienic or safe in my opinion as other guests could tamper. Luckily I had taken some instant hot choc with me.

Summary: Mixed review.
