Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Great location, reasonably close to Victoria bus and train stations. 7 min walk. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I liked the outlook from my room. On the third floor. The large windows could be opened wide to let the evening breeze in.

Negative: No lift means you have to cart your luggage up many flights of stairs. The floor boards creaked so would make a noise if you get up in the middle of the night.

Summary: A pleasant stay in a good location at a reasonable price.
