There is a large garden, a swing and a barbecue area. Klütz itself is a small, quiet village about 4 km from the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea can be reached on foot, by bike, car or bus. There are numerous cycling and hiking trails. Bicycles can be hired in Klütz as well as in Boltenhagen.
The flat has a separate kitchen. The following appliances are available: Cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, crockery etc. The bedroom (for 4 people) can be reached via a narrow spiral staircase. It is possible to set up the existing travel cot in the bedroom (upper floor). The bathroom has a shower and WC. There is a television in the living room. Here also 2 persons can sleep on the sofa bed (1,60x2,00m). There is a private car park.
