The cottage, located in a beautiful 18th century stone manor, is ideally located in the heart of Brittany north, not far from the sea and Mont St Michel, close to many tourist activities (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo ...). It enjoys a setting both green, quiet and relaxing for those who love the countryside, beautiful stone, animals and beautiful gardens and at the same time, the city of Dol de Bretagne, its market, its train station, its restaurants , is 7 minutes by car.
The cottage has been very recently renovated (kitchen redone, bedding and furniture changed, SDB largely redone). Of an initial area in the lower part of 72sqm, it consists of a kitchen / dining room / lounge area, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, another bedroom and bathroom can also be made available with supplement.
The cottage is fully equipped both inside (dishes, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, cot, wifi ..) outside (garden table, barbecue ...). Sheets are provided but not towels. In the cottage, there is the basic necessities for breakfast (coffee, tea, chocolate, sugar ...).
The manor is located in a green and quiet, in the middle of animals (horses, biquettes dwarfs, cats ..) and a large garden with trees and flowers (being rehabilitated because it had been left somewhat abandoned by previous owners). At Roz Landrieux, you will find a restaurant road very good value for money and a small bar that small supermarket. Otherwise the nearest town is Dol de Bretagne at 5km where you will find everything you need.
Ideal starting point for horseback riding, cycling or walking in the swamps of the Bay of Mont St Michel.
