Upon entering, you will notice wonderful high ceilings in the hallway and a staircase ahead. LIVING AREA A comfortable and charming living area can be found to the right. The dark wooden flooring is set off by cool cream walls and a large mirror hangs over a white fireplace. There is plenty of comfortable seating which continues into the far end of the room where you’ll find a piano against one wall and glass shelving with books and DVD’s. KITCHEN At the back of the house is where you will find a very bright and modern open plan kitchen and dining area which has been recently refurbished to a high standard. It has all the latest fittings including a large American style fridge freezer, a modern island with breakfast bar and wine coolers, an integrated microwave and boiling water tap. The kitchen is finished with a sleek wooden worktop and there is lovely dining table with seating for up to 12 beside a further living space to one side which has a large flat screen TV and seating. This area is bathed in light from the large bi-fold opening on to a wonderfully manicured garden. FIRST BEDROOM The bedroom located on the first floor is finished in classic and minimal white with a King-sized bed with unique antique frame and a large wardrobe. BATHROOM There is a lovely cream and white bathroom which has a bath and separate walk-in shower as well as heated towel rail and WC. MASTER BEDROOM Located on the second floor, the wonderful master boasts light and space and it has a whole wall of integrated wardrobe space, as well as large double bed with unique frame. SECOND BEDROOM The children’s room features a pretty white fireplace design and a double-sized bed. THIRD BEDROOM The final bedroom is located up another set of stairs in the loft, and has an en suite shower room. It is also lovely and bright due to plenty of windows on both sides. The bed is a large King-size with a lovely wooden frame and there is a mirrored wardrobe to one side. The stunning en-suite has black floor tiling, clean white fittings, a large shower and neat storage. GARDEN Outside, there is seating arranged and a table so guests can enjoy a spot of breakfast alfresco, whilst kids are free to play in the neatly kept grassy area which also has a trampoline. House Rules: No smoking and parties! The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
