Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The host was there on time to hand keys over. Communication was excellent prior to and throughout our stay

Negative: Although this property was clean it was not suitable for a young family stay! The open stairs were a nightmare and we could not let the children run free in the property for fear of them falling down the stairs. The windows had blinds that did not fit properly and so did not provide any blackout for the children to sleep. The cot was dangerous and the height could not be adjusted to lower the mattress hence the baby climbed out numerous times during the night. My daughter placed the cot against wall and with the bed pushed against it to stop our toddler falling to the floor. The noise underneath the property was awful…there’s a restaurant and taxi office underneath the property. The door to enter to the property was constantly being used and the banging from the door and taxi office kept us awake all night. There are pubs close to the property and they play loud music until 12:30am…so another reason for lack of sleep! There is no parking at the property but there is a paid car park and a multi storey behind property. We had to put our car in multi storey in the day and then park in the overnight free parking behind property. Parking behind property is a max of 4hrs and is expensive. This property is definitely not family friendly, however it is close to the underground station and the town.
