The Space:
The entire home is situated on one floor. Down the entrance hallway, the first room is the Master bedroom with the Super King bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is set out as a twin bedroom with view overlooking the private dining patio. The second bathroom situated just outside the twin room has a shower and bath combination. From there is the kitchen, where you will have all the essential kitchen appliances and as well as the washing machine and other cleaning items. Into the living room there is a 3 piece sofa set and the indoor dining table. Through the living area there is access to two separate private patios to use for dining or relaxing.
Guest Access:
The property is down the stairs from the street level. Then once in the property the guest has entire access to the property.

Check-in is between 3PM and 8PM, check-out is until 11AM. Self check-in outside of these hours is available upon request, to be discussed at booking. Early Check-in & Late check-out is also possible for a fee.
The lead guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.
You will be provided with high-quality bed linens, a bath mat, bath towels and tea towels for the kitchen. We also provide shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper at the beginning of your stay, but not throughout.
If your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean, to be discussed at time of booking. Extra cleans and linen changes can be arranged as well.
If you notice damages or if something happens during your stay, please notify Emily & team of Air Peace of Mind as soon as possible so it can be fixed.
Please note that there may be an additional surcharge on cleaning fees and a paid personal check-in required for bookings where the check in is on a UK bank holiday. Please enquire for additional information on this when booking.
