The property is well-connected with easy transport links from East Dulwich to central London in circa 10 minutes and 24 hour buses from just across the road.
The Space:
The flat has a large bright living area with soft seating, a dining area with large table and a kitchen. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. There is underfloor heating throughout which makes the place lovely and cozy.
The kitchen is fully appointed with everything you should need.
There is an integrated sound system so you can easily connect your phone to speakers in the ceiling in each room.
For those staying for business the dining area makes a great workspace, plus there is a desk in one of the bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:
Not only is all that London has to offer a short
bus or train ride away, but there is a huge range of superb (and independent)
places on the doorstop. I’ve detailed some to check out in the house guide- those in italics are my
favourites! If you discover a special place, do let me know and I’ll be sure to check it out and add it on here.
There is a Sainsbury’s Local a few minutes walk away on Lordship lane at Dulwich Library.
Larger Sainsbury’s are at Forest Hill and Denmark Hill (by East Dulwich station).
There is a M&S Food Hall on Lordship Lane, plus a Co-op.
There are a number of lovely independent shops along Lordship Lane including the famous William Rose butchers, Moxon’s fishmongers (with its restaurant ‘Next Door’ erm, next door), Mon’s cheese shop, The Cheese Block deli, Franklin’s Farm shop (with a pub serving its produce opposite).
Getting Around:
My flat is in London travel zone 2. The closest rail station is East Dulwich (zone 2) with trains to London Bridge; Denmark Hill (trains to Victoria and St Pancras), Peckham Rye (trains to London Bridge, Victoria and St Pancras) and Forest Hill (zone 3) are also nearby and are served by London Overground.
There are numerous bus routes with bus 176 (to Tottenham Court road 24 hours a day), 185 (to Vauxhall and Victoria) and 197 (to Peckham) running right outside the flat. Bus 40 (to Clerkenwell) and bus 12 (24 hours) to Regent Street/Oxford Circus) leave from Dulwich Library, just a few minutes walk away.
If you have a car, there is plenty of free parking right outside the flat.
