There are 4 different eating area options, two outside, two inside. Sonos® speakers in the sitting room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom provide music around the house. All bedrooms have UK/Euro power blocks and USB/iPhone chargers.
Very private, green and lush gardens surround the villa on all four sides giving the upmost privacy, space and solitude. The very private pool is large enough to lap or just float around in an inflatable in the sun and achieves a pleasant 30/32C in the summer months. It also has the benefit of a funky LED lighting system for those warm summer nights. There is a Weber BBQ grill for alfresco cooking, a dedicated fire pit area for chillier evenings to gather around, just to enjoy the alfresco life style.
Situated in a very private south facing garden, the villa seems a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of life, almost in the country but in fact right in the centre of Sotogrande Alto, an easy 10 minutes’ walk to the facilities of the new and very stylish SO Sotogrande Hotel, with its numerous bars, restaurants, golf and spar. World famous Valderrama is about a one minute drive away and the shops and bars of the Pueblo, the beach and the Marina between 5 and 10 minutes.
