1 American kitchen (fully closed unit) with hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave), 1 bathroom with large shower with door, wall-hung toilet, wall-hung sink and towel dryer, 1 storage cupboard, 1 washing machine , 1 terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs.

STANDING STUDIO of 29 m2 (for 2 people maximum)
PETS NOT ALLOWED
Rental from SATURDAY to SATURDAY (Possibility other days in low season: April and October)
Arrival time: 2:00 p.m. - Departure time: 10:30 a.m.
DEPOSIT: 25% of the booking price
BALANCE: 60 days before arrival
FINAL CLEANING: 50 euros (payable on arrival): Whether for a weekly reservation or 3 nights minimum in low season (April and October) final cleaning is compulsory
DEPOSIT: 450 euros (to be paid on arrival and returned on the day of departure after inventory
