The building is located in a nice area away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. It comes with a lovely courtyard with table tennis.
The room comes with a nice single bed and seating area. The room also comes with access to a shared bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen is nicely equipped with all the necessary amenities for your stay.
The property is suitably located - a number of cafes and restaurants can be reached within a short walk. Co-op food supermarket and Icelands Food are within a 5-minute walk from the property. To make it even better, the Cricklewood market is around and the Ever Fresh Fish market is really close - the best place to buy fish and other seafood. If you are looking for a place to unwind, Cricklewood green park is near the building and Gladstone park is another suitable option.
The nearest tube station is Cricklewood which is connected to the Thameslink line. There is also a bus stop near the building which is connected to lines numbers 245, 260 and 460.
Before you book, I would need to inform you that checking - in and checking out outside the standard time is subject to availability and additional fees might apply:
- check out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM = £40.00
- check-out between 12:00 PM and 14:00 PM = £60.00
- check-in after 10 PM = £60.
I know we all want to be punctual and do not want to be late, therefore please be informed that if you are running late for your check-in time (more than 45 mins), I might need to reschedule the hour based on my availability and an additional fee of £20.00 will apply.

The collected cleaning fee is for the initial cleaning prior to your arrival. Any additional cleanings are subject to confirmation. If a key is lost, it will take our team a couple of hours to come to the location and additional charges will apply. All your possessions should be removed from the apartment on the date of departure. We will use reasonable endeavours to retain any lost items for up to 1 month after your departure date. This is a unit in a brand-new student accommodation building. You must not use any candles, incense sticks or oil burners on the property.
Please keep the communal clean and tidy, ready to use by other residents.
