Set in a Chelsea Townhouse, there are steps up to the front door, with white pillars either side. The entrance hall has beautiful Parquet flooring with art on the walls. On the right of the hall, is the living area. LIVING ROOM A striking aquamarine blue rug catches your eye as you enter this room. Divided in to 3 sections, on the right is a large sofa; a piano in the bay window, a coffee table and an ornate white fireplace. A variety of impressive artworks hang on the walls. On the left of the room, is a further seating area, with sofa, fireplace, another piano, as well as a stereo system and armchair with footstool. At the back of the room, there are large glass doors which slide out on to a balcony, overlooking the charming garden below. In front of the doors, there are some armchairs, a perfect spot to relax and read during your stay. STUDY Adjacent to the living area, is the study, with a desk, chair and bookcase. WC There is a small downstairs WC and basin for convenience. KITCHEN Downstairs, to the lower ground level, is the kitchen. There is a large kitchen island, with barstools so you can sit and have a relaxed breakfast. This kitchen has all the amenities you will need during your stay. DINING ROOM On the left of the kitchen, is the dining area. With a dining table and chairs to seat around 10-12 people, there is a large bay window and artwork on the surrounding walls- this is a great entertaining space. SNUG Behind the kitchen, is a cosy area with sofas, armchairs and a large television on the wall. This room also has access out to the garden. BATHROOM On this basement floor, is a shower room with WC, circular sink and walk-in shower. MASTER BEDROOM Upstairs to the first floor of the house, to the master bedroom. This bedroom has a super-king-sized bed, a blue sofa sitting opposite, a large window and framed photographs. This room also has a dressing room with walk in wardrobe. There is an en suite bathroom as well. EN SUITE This en suite bathroom is the height of luxury as it has a freestanding metal bath, as well as a spacious walk-in shower. There is also a WC, bidet, large mirror and double sink. SECOND BEDROOM Up another flight of stairs, to a landing area with a chaise longue and lots of framed maps and photographs on the walls. On the left, is the second bedroom, with a four-poster king-sized bed. Either side of the bed, are shelves and drawers beneath. There is also a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table with mirror and views to the garden below. THIRD BEDROOM The spacious commodious bedroom has 2 double beds, to sleeps 4 guests in total. With bedside tables, a wardrobe, a small white fireplace and a television in the corner. BATHROOM This bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC and basin, with mirror above. FOURTH BEDROOM On the top floor of the house, is another bedroom, with a king-sized bed opposite the window. There is also a wardrobe and shelves on the right-hand side of this room. BATHROOM This floor has a luxurious bathroom, with freestanding bath, walk-in shower, WC and basin. GYM At the back of the top floor, is the gym area, with various equipment, yoga matts and mirrors.
